How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, choose your item (e.g., T-shirt, hoodie, mug, tote bag), and add it to your cart.
If you want it personalise:
After placing your order, please send your chosen picture by sending as a message directly (using our chat box) or email it to us at dczprints@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Use your order number as the subject and add your instructions.
Ensure your image is in .png format. For the best results, use a high-quality, well-lit image with a clear subject.
Can you help me create a design?
Yes! If you need help creating or adjusting your artwork, we offer design help or edits — from £10 for touch-ups or £20 for new designs — and we’ll always confirm any fees upfront with no hidden costs.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPEG, PDF, PSD, and AI files. For best results, please send artwork at 300 DPI and use transparent backgrounds where possible.
Can I order in bulk or for a business/event?
Absolutely! We offer bulk discounts for schools, sports clubs, events, and businesses. Contact us for a custom quote.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Google pay and Apple Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
Are there any hidden fees?
No — all costs are clearly displayed at checkout. Additional fees only apply if you request major artwork changes or special packaging.
Production & Turnaround
How long will my order take?
If items are in stock, production usually takes 4–7 business working days after artwork approval. Large or bulk orders may take a bit longer. Please note: we do not stock most items, and all products are made to order — we may need to order certain colours of shirts or hoodies before printing.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes — express or priority production may be available for an additional cost.

Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes, for most custom designs we send a digital proof for approval before we begin printing.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the UK. For international orders, please contact us for options.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Express shipping is available on request.
